New Patterns for Living: Increasing our
Spontaneity in Today’s World
The purpose of the psychodramatic method is to increase our spontaneity in daily living so we can express new responses in old situations and adequate responses in new situations wherever we meet them. Today’s world is so full of conflict and isolation that it requires us to create new patterns for living that give us satisfaction in life. In this experiential workshop we will use techniques from psychodrama to explore our preferred futures. No prior psychodrama experience is necessary.

May 23 — 25, 2026 (inclusive Whit Monday; Public Holiday)
Sessions:
Saturday, 1.30pm — 9pm (3 x 1.5-hour sessions)
Sunday, 9am — 9pm (5 x 1.5-hour sessions)
Monday, 10am — 2pm (2 x 1.5-hour sessions)
